Very Good

Good breakfast. Walking distance from the beach. Nice and clean swimming pool. Pool side massage service at a reasonable price.

People smoke everywhere. We were staying in the 2nd floor family room, and at a time, we could feel weed smoke coming to our room because people were smoking the swimming pool next to our room.

Noisy hotel other than expected

Staff was helpful and nice!

The fact that there was no bath as expected and we had to climb stairs with suitcases as the room was at a pet where there is no elevator till 3rd floor. The hotels is at the location where you need to take a TikTok to be able to get comfortably without danger to the main Patong a beach area. Noise is extreme all the time. Not what I expected!

Nice room with door to poolarea.

The toilet did not flush heavy stuff even the genetors been there 3 times this week. Had to go out to the pooltoilet to do nr2.

Very Good

The location was great. Right across from a beach with epic sunsets. Walking distance to main big beach and downtown. Taxi will over charge you for a 1km walk. I liked the restaurant and the breakfast. The pool was wonderful and my pool/ garden view was beautiful. I could even see the ocean.

The room did not have a table or chair to sit if I wanted to have room service. There was room and a lamp but the table and chairs were removed. They did not have face cloths and the bathroom needs upgrading. It only had a hand shower and tub.

Nice pool, close to the beach, but probably wouldn’t recommend

The pool area was really nice - spacious pool with a bar right next to it, a lot of palm trees and other plants. We didn’t pay for breakfast buffet, so I cannot rate it. We stayed there during new year eve and were invited to near year eve dinner event for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! The food which was provided during this dinner was really good, with plenty of seafood and meat options. We also managed to win a tour (visiting elephant sanctuary), but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to go on it due to our short stay, so we presented this tour to other guests. The staff is very polite and friendly!

Our room was quite old and had really bad mold smell, it took me two days to get used to it while in the room. Overall there is a huge gap between what you see on the pictures and the reality. We talked to other guests about their rooms, seems like other rooms were also old, but not all rooms had the mold smell problem. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room, so it didn’t bother us too much. The location - close to the beach, but very far from everything else. If you want to visit shopping malls/food courts etc you will have to either walk 30 minutes, or use taxi which costs 200 bat per ride no matter where exactly in Patong you go. If you rent a bike you will not have this problem though, so the location might not be a con for other people.

Location, shops nearby, beach across the road, 15 mins to patong town by walking. Nice pool.

Paid extra for room with balcony, got a room facing the road to the next hotel, a wall and one tree. Was told by staff that family room is subjected to a garden view only despite it being advertised as a garden room view. It was also very hot I think there were aircond compressors outside the balcony area.

We had a quadruple bedroom next to the road and it was very noisy, all night. The beds were too firm.

Good value , slightly out of patong main area but that was what we wanted . Staff were really friendly and helpful . Restaurant staff and pool bar staff were a credit to the hotel . Nice size rooms which were quiet and comfortable

A lovely stay

- The pool is very beautiful - The staff are friendly. - Although it's up a bit of a hill, the beach is only a 5-minute walk. - There is a 7-11 next door. - The room was very beautiful for us. - The rooms were cleaned every day - Fitness centre was a nice touch. - Please note, this hotel does have a lot of Russian stayers here. It's not a problem for me, they're a lovely bunch of people but it's something to take note of. I am British, for reference, despite my profile icon displaying China. - Breakfast was good for me though I have seen better. - Quiet, there were a few families here. I think everyone around were just having a few beers, some loud noises here and there but overall, everyone was very respectful.

- Walking up the hill to the hotel - it's a little dangerous. - Kalim Beach isn't very good - The Tuk-Tuk's are ridiculously overpriced all around so if you want to check out Freedom or Karon - you'll be paying a lot. - Some rooms aren't as good as others, so you'll have to spend your money wisely. - The food they serve isn't very good (I had a pizza) and their 'specialty cocktails'. Some other dishes brought out for people did look better though.

Close to the beach

Location was decent. Within walking distance to the beach and Bangla road but out of the way also. There were always taxis waiting outside. Cheaper than most properties in the area. The rooms were cleaned daily and staff were friendly.

I cannot really complain about this property. Perhaps there could be more beds at the pool and it is a bit dated but compared to hotel prices in the area it is good value for what you get. I wouldn’t not recommend Patong Beach in general as a holiday destination

Good hotel if you are on a budget

The second room I was assigned to was great. The staff addressed the many problems that we had with our first room in a timely and sympathetic manner as well as they could. They held an afternoon party for guests with free snacks. The hotel has a nice location that is away from the noise, yet walkable.Nice grounds.

We arrived well after check in time, yet had to wait an hour or so to get a room. We were told that our wait was rewarded by an upgrade, but upon checking into room B212, we found out that we were stuck in a tiny room without any windows that only has a glass sliding door at the pool as the only more of entry, which meant that we had to draw the curtains and not get any natural light if we wanted any privacy. The air conditioning was not cooling the room off at all. The hotel promptly sent a maintenance worker who tried to fix the air conditioning and wasn't able to. But since the hotel was full, we had to stay in a hot room the first night. We were moved to another room the next day and everything was fine on day two.

It was quiet and the staff were all lovely and friendly to me.

There were just a couple of maintenance jobs that needed doing but it did not affect my quiet enjoyment of the property.

Awesome

The staff were really friendly and helpful when it came to us arranging transport for trips. The room was clean and tidy and when we had issues in our room the engineer was up to help straight away.

It was a shame that the main pool was closed for the duration of our stay. The hotel was about a 40 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants which was hard work not long after arriving!
